亲爱的会员、朋友们， 圣约翰华人协会理事会教育理事郦琴（Michelle）和事务理事李欣海因工作调动关系要求理事会任命新的理事接任他们的职位。 经理事会提名、讨论、投票，通过了任命孙立群为新一届的事务理事和王晓云(Ivy)为新一届的教育理事，于此公告发出日上任。孙立群和王晓云之前为华人协会会员，被提名时他们表示愿意为华人协会贡献想法、时间和精力。 根据华人协会会章陈述，事务理事的职责为：负责策划、筹备本会主办的各项活动大小事务；教育理事的职责为：负责处理本会有关教育及学术性的活动。 借此，理事会代表所有会员、学员感谢郦琴（Michelle）和李欣海为协会所作出的贡献，希望他们万事如意，并且欢迎他们将来再与我们团聚。 李彦 主席 2006年12月20日
