2011年4月30日 尊敬的圣约翰中华文化协会会员们： 2009年五月圣约翰中华文化协会在Stone教堂举行的年度大会选举中选出了2009至2011年度的理事会成员。按姓氏字母顺序排列，该届当选的理事成员依次为： 曹博*，韩建国，Peter Lai*, 李文美*，刘新兵，汤存燕*，徐丽红，王璇，于哲源 （注：标记* 的理事会成员由于搬家等各种原因已离开理事会）。 本届理事会组织或参与的各种活动都已发布早我们的网站上，敬请上我们的网站查阅：http://www.ccasj.org 时光飞逝，现任理事会将于2011年5月31日任满到期。根据中华文化协会的宪章规定[a], 将届时举行下一轮理事会选举。现任理事会已于近日召开会议对相关事宜进行了讨论。在此我们就讨论中起草的选举程序整理成如下内容： 步骤1：初步提名 我们将通过各种途径，尽可能广泛地传发这份通告，旨在引起会员们对此次选举的重视。 希望您能提名一位您认为合格的理事会成员候选人。提名之前请务必先和您的被提名人联系，征得对方同意后，请再寻取三位会员的书面签署支持，以确保您所提名的人士在我们社区有足够的知名度。提名额数不限，可同时提名多人。 以下提供提名表。所有提名于5月20日星期五截止 电子邮件: info@ccasj.org 或邮寄: P.O.
